After reviewing the southern tip of the state look to the north. Florida offers much more than just the crowded beaches south Florida. As you venture north to Palm Beach you will start seeing why this is also the golf capital. I suggest Palm Beach county northward. Better property taxes are what you can expect from here to Daytona Beach all the way up to St Augustine and Jacksonville. Not to mention a better quality of life.
Clearwater Beach holds the record for continuous sunny days. What else is the beach and Gulf Coast good for? Deep sea fishing, scuba diving and boosting Florida's economy. If you are looking for beautiful beaches the coastal cities are where to find them. This starts from Naples runs all of the way up the west coast to Pensacola Beach.
Tampa Has Busch Gardens, and Tampa Bay has the most beautiful beaches in any one area within Florida. The theme parks in Orlando are only 2 hours away. Not to mention the economy is thriving here and job opportunities seem to be around every corner. There are parts of the city with a high cost for housing prices and parts of Tampa have a fairly low cost of living. Tampa is a very popular tourist destination and the 3rd largest major city in Florida. Tampa Florida as a whole is a good place to live in.
