If you ever visit Tampa Bay then you will likely fly into the Tampa airport. What a great airport that it is. We use it all of the time and love it. It is easy to transition and has a great cell phone lot that is actually easy to find and navigate from. The airport is also centrally located between downtown Tampa and Florida's west coast and those beautiful beaches. Expect 20'ish minutes to Clearwater Beach or downtown Tampa.
After visiting Tampa Bay you will see what I mean. Unless you like bad traffic then stay away from South Florida. We have everything here that you will want or need without the challenges South Florida confronts. We even have Ybor City for those who love the Cuban culture or just like to visit it occasionally. By the way, our beautiful beaches are nicer as well.

The Tampa Bay History Center, Ybor City, Florida Aquarium, Amalie Arena, Channel District, fine restaurants and the Tampa Riverwalk or TECO Line Streetcar will take you to and from each while you enjoy the views, beautiful weather and views of the high rises.
Tampa has many amazing places to live. South Tampa is one of the most popular because it lies between Hillsborough Bay and Tampa Bay (the actual bay) by the downtown area. Along the eastern shore you will see Hyde Park and the famous Bayshore Boulevard and the longest continuous sidewalk in Florida.
On the western shore you will see some amazing waterfront communities, the Westshore District and some of the most expensive subdivisions in Florida. Beautiful weather offers beautiful sunsets over Tampa Bay. The southernmost portion of South Tampa is where you will find MacDill AFB.
Although Tampa Florida is one of the major cities in Florida the Tampa Bay area holds much more. You will find Pinellas County, St Petersburg and Clearwater FL are both within Tampa Bay. Some other locations and things of interest are Hillsborough Community College, Tampa Bay Rays, Busch Gardens and so much more. Contact us when you are considering moving to Tampa Bay.
