Our grass stays green year round and the average high in the coldest month feels like t-shirt weather to me. In the evening when I walk I may wear a light jacket because I feel cold but simultaneously embarrassed because I lived in Minnesota for a year where it get to 40 below. Really here it is pleasantly warm year round compared to the cooler temperatures in the panhandle of Florida northward. In Tampa Florida there is no need to fear the Winter weather.
