Yes Clearwater Beach has a boardwalk. The Clearwater Beach boardwalk area is located on Pier 60. Attractions on or around Pier 60 include the daily Sunset Festival, street performers and of course the Gulf of Mexico and those amazing sunsets. A true must see when visiting Clearwater Beach.
The Beach Walk runs from Pier 60 to Belleair Beach covering a walking distance or around 3.5 miles along the Gulf Coast. Not every step of this walking distance can you see the beach from but it is far superior to Bayshore Blvd in Tampa.
A Major renovation was just completed throughout the Clearwater Beach portion along Gulf Shores Blvd. The renovation included a newer surface from Mandalay Avenue southward along South Gulfview Boulevard far beyond Clearwater Pass. This is definitely one of the best walks in Pinellas County Florida.
Even if you are not on a vacation and just live nearby this is a great place to spend an afternoon & evening. Restaurants, Pier 60, the best white sand beach and Sunset Festival are a major part of what makes Clearwater Beach a big deal in the Tampa Bay area. There is access to parking, the marina, kayaking, fishing and entertainment for the whole family. Your children will love the playground near the boardwalk.

Load up the family and take a trip to the city of Clearwater Beach. You can swim or enjoy the trails year round. It won't be long till spring break is here again. During spring break the Tampa Bay traffic is atrocious and accommodations are more expensive. Head on over in the offseason maybe on a Saturday night when there are fewer visitors.
