First off, in this market there are not many homes which become available. When you see a house which "checks all of your boxes" so to say you should view the house as soon as you can. Most of the time 24 hours will suffice. If we are to tour several homes it is best to give a few days notice and I have shown as many as 8 properties in just one day to a client. If the need arises we make every attempt to get qualified buyers into homes as soon as possible and according to the buyer's convenience. Some homes we can show with no notice at all but that is rarely the case.
Every once and a while an older property will need to be removed and a newer property will rise in its' place. That is when buyer's eyes who search exclusively for new construction will have the hearts and minds turn to Davis Island.
