This building is well known for housing an electrifying evening cocktail lounge. With all of the events space in this area many just visit here for a fine meal.

Everyone in the know is aware that Tampa FL has spent millions updating the Water Street Tampa neighborhood and adjacent downtown areas. The area was already our favorite in the state, probably the cleanest in our opinion and we have never questioned our safety and I walk these streets fairly often.
