There are only 8 floors in this building. The number of condos are limited and unfortunately not that many condos here will hit the market each year. In the previous 3 years only 16 of them have sold. 

The smallest condo located here is a 1,032 square foot 1 bedroom & 1 bath home. That is larger than the smaller units in many of the local competitors. The floorplans vary as do the views you will have from them. The largest one that you may see for sale here is a 2,500 square foot floorplan with three bedrooms and 3 baths. All of the 2,000 sf plus floorplans are on the 7th floor to the best of my knowledge.

Things To Know

Some units are two story units. There is a small community pool and yes a fitness center. There are pet restrictions and the size, type and amount of pets you can have here.
