One concern we all have is a grocery store close by. Have no fear there is actually a Publix Supermarket just a couple of blocks north. As for shops, stores and restaurants they are all around and some are on the first floor of several local buildings including this one. Outdoor parks are within a block or two and the Teco Line (trolley) can take you to other parts of downtown or Ybor City.

The Condos Here

This is not a high-rise condo. The Towers just to the south certainly is. However these condos are often a little more affordable. The building was built in 2006-2007. This was boom time in Tampa for the construction of condos and tourism was really taking off. The smaller condos here are just under 600 sf with one bedroom and one bath. If that is to cozy for you have no fear as there are a couple well over 2,000 sf and with three bedrooms.
