The Meridian is just a one street off of the main thoroughfare passing through Channelside. Within just one to three blocks there is a Publix Supermarket and countless smaller stores, service providers and eateries. There are several public parks as well. You can catch the trolley to Ybor City or other parts of Downtown Tampa rather easily.

This condominium we built in 2005. It does loo rather unique from the outside as do several others in this area. Many of the condominiums in the city were built in this timeframe. The smallest condo which you may see for sale here is around 940 square feet with one bedroom and one bath. The largest is just over 1,800 sf with 2 bedrooms and I do not believe any have 3 bedrooms.
