These homes are amazing. Not only that but what a great location to put them. immediately to the north is Culbreath Isles a similar but gated community. I am always surprised how many people overlook this community because the entrance to the north is so grand.

The Homes In Stoney Point

The first homes were built here in 1957-1958 on Melrose Avenue South and then Melrose Avenue North. It took some time to sell all of the lots and homes. The final construction was completed by 1996 according to the public records.
