Palma Vista in South Tampa FL is a beautiful residential community. Although the neighborhood itself is not marked it is certainly worth watching. It is located between US-92 and Hillsborough Bay about half way up the peninsula. Virginia Park is on the west side of it and several famous neighborhoods encircle it.

If you look at many homes before buying you will see many of the older ones have been modernized or in many cases just replaced with newer ones. There is a reason for that.
