The Grandview has been with us since the early 2000's. What a magnificent place to have chosen for this 19 floor waterfront masterpiece. If you are looing for a wonderful location where you can walk to dinner or along the Grandview Marina on a cool summer's evening this is the place for you.

There are usually 5 of these condos that will sell each year. That is a fairly low number which is a great indication that buyers end up really liking it here. The smallest unit that I now of is a 1,800 square foot 2 bedroom and 2 bath home. That also puts this condominium in a fairly distinct class.
