The gated communities in 33609 are comprised of condominiums and a few townhome communities. Even at that there are seldom homes for sale within them. In the previous two years only 4 to 5 homes sold in them each month. Most of the market here is traditional single family homes in gorgeous neighborhoods.

The Condos

The condos in gated communities are in Maddison at Soho, Sienna Villas at Beach Park, The Palms of Beach Park and a few others. Most of the actual sales are in the three I mentioned. The median price for one based on the last 12 months is around $315,000. Keep in mind there is a condo or association fee with every secure community.

The Townhomes

The Savannah, Urban Townhomes and Victoria Park are where most of the homes will be available. All are great communities and have nice homes.
