The Esplanade is a little off the beaten path. This is not a location that people find accidently. The main entrance is 3/4 of a mile south of County Line Road and you will pass several other neighborhoods before reaching this one.

Don't worry, civilization is less than 2 miles from the entrance with shopping, dining and entertainment options spread around New Tampa. Below is the beautiful community pool and resort style amenities. For those curious there are pickle ball courts and several business centers and of course there are special events.

I wanted to show more of the amenities. However, I like to respect peoples privacy and there were so many people out and about this day (10 Am) that the only photo I could get without people was this one. People were playing tennis, pickelball and walking all around. What a great place to live and what a great group of people to live among.

Some local attractions include the dog park, cultural venues, two major parks, walking paths, the acclaimed Moffitt Cancer Center and four top medical centers. Expect tile roofs and beautiful single family homes.
