Beautiful and yet convenient. Those are the two words I would use based on my experience. I love Bayshore Boulevard and the way it feels to walk down the bayfront sidewalk. However I also really enjoy the fact that Ballast Point Park is just under 1/2 of a mile to the south.

Since this is South Florida most conveniences we all expect are within 2 miles and that includes a great grocery store just under 2 miles west and numerous local owned eateries.

The Villas & Townhomes

Some will say villa and some will say townhome. Once you move in and start to personalize them they are homes. They were built between 2004 and 2006 and are surprisingly spacious. The smallest home here is just over 2,000 and the largest is over 3,600 sf. Trust me when I say they do feel like villas and are very attractive both inside and out.

The associations rules have recently been updated and should be reviewed when you consider purchasing. You will need pre-approval or proof of funds before touring a home here.
