After the flood All Drywall removed, All Doorframes removed The area of water intrusion was treated with Benefact Botanical Decon 30 Areas that still showed the presence of water intrusion were hand sanded and painted. The kitchen cabinets at the lower level and those that ran floor to ceiling were removed. The drywall was removed, the area treated and replaced. The granite was removed as to be reinstalled. A custom cabinet was specialist was hired to rebuild the lower and floor to ceiling cabinets as well as a movable center island. Custom cherry doors and drawers in kitchen were saved and reinstalled. Many areas were subjected to commercial dehumidifiers to assure moisture was removed from areas that were not replaced. Before replacement of drywall, installation of commercial insulation was installed throughout to bring the residence in line with current zoning compliance. The electric service was replaced with a new 200amp service. All electrical outlets were replaced. The bathroom cabinets were replaced. All doors and door frames were removed and discarded. New doors and frames are waiting to be installed. All sewer and water lines are to be inspected and replaced if necessary. The roof was inspected and no damage recorded. All air conditioning is to be inspected. It has been fully remediated and the wall studs have all been treated with Benefect Botanical Decon 30 Disinfectant Cleaner and is currently being remodeled to be completed in April 2025.
